No legalese. No surprises. Here's exactly how your order is shipped, what to do if something's not quite right, and how to look after your handmade pieces.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via Australia Post within Australia only. You'll get a tracking link emailed once your order ships.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment clearing. Made-to-order pieces will take a little longer — see below.
Tracking is provided once your order ships. You'll get a link by email so you can keep an eye on it from the door to the doorstep.
Made to order
Many items are made-to-order. If your size or style isn't in stock, send a PM through Instagram or Facebook and we'll let you know lead time. Most made-to-order pieces are completed within a couple of weeks, depending on the queue.
Returns
Please check sizing carefully before ordering. Because everything is handmade in small batches, sizes may vary slightly from mass-produced items. There's a sizing guide on every product page — if anything's unclear, send a message before you order.
We accept returns on faulty items only. Get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and a quick description of the issue, and we'll sort it out — replace, repair or refund.
Custom & bulk orders
For custom orders, bulk orders or matching sibling sets, send a PM via Instagram or Facebook. Tell me what you'd like, how many, and any deadline you're working to — I'll come back with lead time, pricing, and any fabric options to choose from.

Most items are gentle machine wash, cool. Crochet blankets — hand wash, lay flat to dry. Each item has care instructions in its description, so check there first if you're unsure.
