No legalese. No surprises. Here's exactly how your order is shipped, what to do if something's not quite right, and how to look after your handmade pieces.

Australia Post, tracked, Australia-wide.
$10 flat-rate Australia-wide
$10 standard shipping anywhere in Australia. Free shipping on orders over $150. Express upgrade available at checkout for $15. All prices in AUD.
Via Australia Post
Every parcel goes out via Australia Post. I don't ship internationally at this time — if you're overseas and have your heart set on a piece, send me a message and I'll see what's possible.
Dispatch times
Stocked pieces: dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Made-to-order: 5–10 business days to sew, then off to the post. I'll email you when your parcel is on its way.
Tracking
Once your parcel is posted, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can follow it from my doorstep to yours via the Australia Post site or app.
Made to order
Don't see your size? Send a message.
Many items are made-to-order. If your size or style isn't in stock, send a PM through Instagram or Facebook and we'll let you know lead time. Most made-to-order pieces are completed within a couple of weeks, depending on the queue.
Returns, refunds and your rights
Made by hand — backed by the Australian Consumer Law.
Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything in this policy. If a Little Stomp piece is faulty, isn't what was described, or isn't fit for its purpose, you're entitled to a remedy under the ACL — no matter what any policy on this page says.
If something arrives faulty, wrong size, or not as described
Major problems — a piece that arrives damaged, the wrong size from what you ordered, or significantly different from how it was described — entitle you to a full refund or replacement, your choice. I cover the return shipping for faulty items. Email jenni-annesjewels@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo and I'll sort it out.
Made-to-order pieces — no change-of-mind returns
Because each made-to-order piece is cut and sewn specifically for you, I can't accept change-of-mind returns on made-to-order items once production has started. Please check sizing carefully before you order — there's a guide on every product page, and you're welcome to send a message if anything's unclear. This change-of-mind exclusion does not apply to faults or other ACL guarantee failures, which are always covered.
Stocked items — 30-day change of mind
A small number of pieces (mostly tea towels, gift bags and one-off market finds) are sold from stock and clearly labelled "in stock". For those, you can return within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange — provided the piece is in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. You pay the return shipping; I refund the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email jenni-annesjewels@hotmail.com with your order number, what's wrong (or that you've changed your mind on a stocked piece), and a photo if the item is faulty. I'll reply within a couple of business days with the return address and next steps. Once I receive the piece back, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Custom & bulk orders
Sibling sets, party gifts, custom prints.
For custom orders, bulk orders or matching sibling sets, send a PM via Instagram or Facebook. Tell me what you'd like, how many, and any deadline you're working to — I'll come back with lead time, pricing, and any fabric options to choose from.

Made to last — with a little kindness.
Most items are gentle machine wash, cool. Crochet blankets — hand wash, lay flat to dry. Each item has care instructions in its description, so check there first if you're unsure.
- Clothing & bucket hats Gentle machine wash, cool. Reshape and lay flat or hang to dry. Bucket hats are fully interfaced — they'll hold their shape through wash after wash.
- Crochet blankets Hand wash in cool water with a wool-friendly detergent, lay flat to dry. Don't wring or tumble dry.
- Tea towels & gift bags Gentle machine wash, cool. Iron on a low setting if needed.
- Bowl & noodle cosys Spot clean only — they're insulated and not designed to be machine washed.
